We welcomed our little girl from Luka, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with such care. We’re in Southern California, so she had to be flown to us — and the process was incredibly smooth and stress-free.

Of course, she’s the cutest toy poodle ever (no bias here!), but what really melts our hearts is her wonderful temperament. She settled in so quickly — by the second day, she already knew her name and her potty spot!

I recently obtained a mini poodle from Mrs. Garcia - I let her know I was looking for a cuddly yet active lap dog who would be happy to accompany me on trips and vacations. She matched me perfectly and little Miko settled into his new home with an ease that only comes from an early puppyhood that was full of love and experienced care. On his first night home - at just over 2 months old - Miko slept through the night in his crate with hardly a peep (9pm - 6am). He knew how to potty outside and he was eating and drinking just hours after coming home.
I can tell Miko was genuinely loved. He is the most loving, cuddly, cutest, and smartest puppy I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He moves about his new home with confidence, and he is quick to stay by my side. He has even taken to gentle puppy training - he is already showing the beginnings of a beautiful recall, and I bet with a couple more months and years of consistent training, he will make a perfect off leash hiking buddy.

Our puppy is delightful and healthy! He's very smart and amazingly well socialized and calm for his age. Having him already crate trained was a huge plus. I would absolutely recommend getting a puppy from Katherine. She puts so much love and care into her dogs!

We love our Brodie! He is perfect! We told Katherine all of the things that were important to us and she met every request! He was worth the wait and we plan to get another one soon. We recently purchased a Red Miniature female poodle named Rosie. She is terrific! Carolina Mini Poodles (Luka Kennel) a great breeder and we highly recommend her. She provided us with documentation, chip, toys and even an amount of puppy food to get us started. All the genetic health testing she does is above and beyond. We are very pleased with the Puppy, the breeder, and the whole process. Our new puppy has a great temperament and is part of the family!

Carolina Mini Poodles is world class. I was introduced to Katherine by one of my co-workers when I mentioned an interest in a poodle. Our black mini poodle Arlo is the BEST dog anyone could ask for. He has a sweet, calm temperament. Everyone who has met him at my house or dental practice is smitten with him. Katherine is doing more than just breeding puppies. She is training them and most importantly, she is loving them. Arlo came to us already crate trained, house broken, and even used to being groomed. Carolina Mini Poodles gave me just what my family needed, especially my two sons. I also appreciate the extra testing that Katherine has completed to make sure people are getting the healthiest puppies. Chloe is 18 months and by far the smartest poodle we’ve had. She charms everyone and was the honor graduate in puppy kindergarten. I was concerned about her meeting my husband who is in a wheelchair but she never paused. Just ran to him and climbed up on the foot to meet him. She is healthy and energetic but loves her family always available for snuggling. Family breeders are the best, I’d go back to Katherine anytime.
