We have a 6 year old mini poodle, a 3 year old standard poodle and two human boys at home. Within hours, Poppy had won them all over with her sweet, confident temperament. Even though she is little, she loves to play with our standard who absolutely adores having a little sister to play with.

We recently purchased a Red Miniature female poodle named Rosie. She is terrific! Carolina Mini Poodles (Luka Kennel) a great breeder and we highly recommend her. She provided us with documentation, chip, toys and even an amount of puppy food to get us started. All the genetic health testing she does is above and beyond. We are very pleased with the Puppy, the breeder, and the whole process. Our new puppy has a great temperament and is part of the family!

Carolina Mini Poodles is world class. I was introduced to Katherine by one of my co-workers when I mentioned an interest in a poodle. Our black mini poodle Arlo is the BEST dog anyone could ask for. He has a sweet, calm temperament. Everyone who has met him at my house or dental practice is smitten with him. Katherine is doing more than just breeding puppies. She is training them and most importantly, she is loving them. Arlo came to us already crate trained, house broken, and even used to being groomed. Carolina Mini Poodles gave me just what my family needed, especially my two sons. I also appreciate the extra testing that Katherine has completed to make sure people are getting the healthiest puppies. Chloe is 18 months and by far the smartest poodle we’ve had. She charms everyone and was the honor graduate in puppy kindergarten. I was concerned about her meeting my husband who is in a wheelchair but she never paused. Just ran to him and climbed up on the foot to meet him. She is healthy and energetic but loves her family always available for snuggling. Family breeders are the best, I’d go back to Katherine anytime.

We got our puppy from Carolina Mini Poodles in October 2024. Louie is a mini red poodle and is healthy and has a great temperament. He is so smart; house training and crate training were easy. He came to us well socialized and is great around my children. He’s the perfect size - we asked for the largest in the litter and we got exactly that. This was my first time buying from a breeder (and getting a poodle) as my prior dogs were rescues. Katherine was so responsive and helpful throughout the process. We love our Louie and I highly recommend Carolina Mini Poodles!

Katherine is an amazing breeder, I was nervous about buying a small dog and the barking factor Also my daughter had bought a mini bernadoodle which he ended up being 90 lbs and we wanted a dog to travel with. Katherine assured us that our dog would be under the 20lb requirement for flying and a year later GIGi is, she is loving calm smart and there is not one person that comes into my home and want a dog just like her. Katherine is so attentive as a breeder and truly loves her dogs. A puppies first interaction with their mother and carer is so important in life and I feel this is why we have such a loving dog. Katherine is very meticulous reg the health of her dogs which is very important when purchasing a puppy.
